Ingredients:
- 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 scoops of Igloo (any flavors)
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to create the crust.
- Allow the crust to chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.
- Remove the crust from the refrigerator and spread one scoop of softened Igloo over the crust.
- Layer another scoop of softened Igloo on top of the first layer.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and cover the pie with plastic wrap.
- Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Prior to serving, decorate the pie with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top.
- Slice and serve the delicious frozen pie to enjoy!
