IGLOO PAKISTAN / FROZEN PIE

FROZEN PIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 scoops of Igloo (any flavors)
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to create the crust.
  4. Allow the crust to chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.
  5. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and spread one scoop of softened Igloo over the crust.
  6. Layer another scoop of softened Igloo on top of the first layer.
  7. Smooth the top with a spatula and cover the pie with plastic wrap.
  8. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Prior to serving, decorate the pie with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top.
  10. Slice and serve the delicious frozen pie to enjoy!
